i managed to buy the the parts. Now i am mounting this, put i really need a powerful pump.
any ideas ?

the bong isn't that high, an Eheim 1250 or equivlant would do fine.

ehiem 1250 would do jus fine! .

also i just gotta say... man you're gonna be filling that thing constantly.

Thx, unfortunately here in Brazil we dont have Eihem pumps, just ordering from USA :-(
so it it 66,00 us$ +plus 40,00 shipping + 60 % brazilian taxes
arg, third world.
So i am planning to use a Better 2000 l\h sub pump 30 W and 1.95 cm head.
any comments ?
i think this weekend i would finish this. I hope so.

that's pretty close to a 1250 and will do the job fine.

just get an old fashioned shower head (brass with heaps of holes), not a newer "water saver" version, they can be un-necessairly restrictive.
