I need to see what a good o/c looks like for this chip on an Asus A7N8X Delux

I am currently using:

Air cooled 2400+@
14x160= 2.25 ghz
VCore @ 1.72

Is this good or can i push this setup further?

Try the cpu database. I'd say raise the fsb and drop the multiplier.

In my opinion a good overclock would be 2400mhz.

so 2300 - 2400 is ok?

Yeah but you are going to want a higher FSB than 160 and a lower multiplier since FSB gives you better overall system performance.

Tell you what I love it, it's quiet and does a hell of a cooling job.. I have yet to see anyting past 43c and I get that when the room itself gets alittle bit too warm and under heavy load..

right now at Idle(just surfin the net) with a case temp of 24c/75f I have a cpu temp of 36c/96f.. at 2.415ghz..

I also Lapped the NB Heatsink and threw a Tt ram cooler on it and Im testing a lapped voodoo5 hsf on the SB..
