Tbird's chip color

Can someone tell me which color on the tbird is copper and which one is silver???

There is no silver, its aluminum or copper interconnects, the copper interconnects are used in the faster chips and they are blue in color. Once you get above 1 ghz all chips are ussually blue and use copper.
