Can I use anything else than a conductive pen?

Hmm I wonder if I can use anything else than a conductive pen to connect the L1 bridges?

auto defoger trace repair kit, found at auto stores. conductive paint. apply with needle.

You can use a0.5 mecanical pencil, with soft, good quality grafit. It worked with me. Aplied once and it are lasting 2 months now. ;P
If you are afraid about the grafit loosing contact, theres a little trick for this too. Apply the pencil and try it to see if u sucessfully unlocked the cpu. If u suceed, apply adesive tape over the L1 bridges, and voila!!!

but.. If i can get a a regular c- pen can i just put that over the barks ive done b4?
