It may be silly to some, but I really want to ask, I haven't try it yet but maybe some of you do.

Which will have a higher temp??

P4 2.53@3.2Ghz @1.52V
or P 2.53@3.2Ghz @1.6V

My mainly concern is : Is the speed that make the CPU hotter or the Voltage that make it hotter.

Well technically both voltage and core clock generate more heat, but in the above example you have them running at the same speed, so the one with more voltage will run a little hotter.

higher voltage = higher temps

Let put it this way.

If 2.53 @ 3Ghz @ 1.5V is still cooler than
2.53 @ 2.7Ghz @ 1.6V???
thanks

i think too
that the voltage is the main problem for high temp
