Ok, I just got my setup done. I will post pics in the next couple of days (I'M GETTING A DIGITAL CAMERA TOMMORROW!).

Here's what I have:
Waterblock: Made myself. Very similar to WW, 9 fins, .035" fins/channels, 3/8" tall. Base plate might be too thin at .06".
Pump: MaxiJet 1200. Adds abit of heat but for $22 it'll work.
Radiator: Chevette heatercore, w/ a very nice shroud.
Fan: 172mm Sanyo Denki, Dyna Ace. 149CFM, 36dB.
Tubing: ClearFlex60.
Additive: Zerex Super Coolant.
Reservoir: Until I decide how I want to make one, or find something perfect, I'm using a good ol' pennut butter jar.
Thermal stuff: Artic Silver 3

I was using a Volcano 9, which had a big curve in the base. So I lapped it out, but then it was very loose on the socket. I was running default load at 54C.

I'm not sure if my block is mounted perfectly. I will remount when I add my long term reservoir. I have a 1.4Ghz Tbird. It ran around 41C load at defaults watercooled. Overclocked to 164X9.5 = 1558mhz w/ default Vcore (1.75). When I boot w/ 10x multi it locks right after POT. I upped Vcore to 1.8 and it locks when entering windows. I might try 1.85 vcore, but I'm torture testing at 9.5 multi right now. My mobo will only let me go to 164FSB, but I can get passed this by using their Fuzzy Logic 4 program to up FSB when in windows. But I'm happy w/ 164 right now (only 1/4 devider also, need new mobo this year). When running Prime it hits 50C, idle is around 44C.

So that's where I'm at, hopefully temps will drop when I mount block again...

Edit: Room temp is 76.5F (24.72C?).

164 on a 1/4 divider? Not very safe...I would not keep anything important on your hdd ;)

W00t, a reply! Yes, I know it's a bit risky. I got a couple HDD errors (on my 10GB drive I haven't put anything one yet). So I backed it off a bit. I think I'm going to lower it 'till I can hit 10x multi.

But basically I just need a new video card and mobo. Which I'll buy, maybe, this fall (for Jedi Knight III).
