could I get it to fit in 2 5 1/2 bays? trying to keep it a closed circuit

i am not an expert but my friend knew a lot about them and i would say mostlikely you will need more room as you need a compressor and some water lying around to cool down that alone is bigger then 2 5.25 bays

you could easily make one with some pelts and some copper. making one that works well is another story. that is not very much area your working with...

No way would a water chiller fit in a 5 1/2 bay. I hope you are talking about a water chiller and not the radiator.
