AMD locking chips???? -------> help if ya can

Hey guys, I have a tbird 900 and I have tried unlocking it with electric pen and pencil trick. I have done this on a few durons and they worked perfectly. The tbird only lets me set it at 900 or 1000mhz............doesn't post correctly if at any other combination from 950 to 1050 to 1100 to 1200. What the hell is up with this? Any ideas please. I have tryed re-doing the bridges plenty of times and I am experienced with it so I don't believe that is the issue. Lend a hand if ya can. Thanks

sounds lkike the chip doesnt like the graphite. try using an electricians pen (or conductive pen) to draw on the traces. get the good quality silver pen, the one that costs about 35CDN

I already did it with a conductive pen that was good...........tried it about 4 times with that.
