amd althon 500 slot a / fic sd-11

i know the board doesnt o/c but i was curious to know what options i have? i have seen things like soldering my chip, and using a gold finger device. what would a 500mhz chip overclock to? 700-800mhz?
any thoughts would be nice. thanks in advance!
