Socket Insulation

Does anyone know a site (store) that sells all the equipment necessary to seal the socket to prevent condensation? I've seen a store a long time ago, but I lost the URL and i cant remember the name. Any help would be great. The supplies im looking for are:

Dielectric grease
Silicone sealant
neoprene
peltier
cold plate
anything else necessary to do the task

i would go for the neoprene or silicon

no dielectric? why?

I would go with neoprene and dielectric, because it works and you can take it out easily if needed, with silicone its a different story
