Just got this new CPU what can i expect from it? Will it be as good as the one in my signature?

You should be able to get at least 2.2GHz out of it with some good air cooling and a vcore of about 1.65.

It depends on the cooling largely, you could expect anything from 2Ghz to what you have depending on

a) The cooling
b) the rest of the setup
c) The chip, as no 2 chips are the same, its kind of luck of the draw as to the OC you can get out of it.

i truthfully dont know because this is the first time ive heard about a 311. I know the 310's are almost the best. if not, the 307's

Testing and measurement are better way to answer the expectation, especially you already got the CPU.
