ok everyone you might remember me from a few weeks ago,I tried to o/c my athlon 800 on a msi ktt pro.
(This was not the 2-a version) so I tried to open some of the bridges and close other one's and well I failed. My motherboard was ok but I got a new one witch is the (msi k7tpro 2-a) to make it less complicated to o/c.Anyway is all I have to do know is close all L1 bridges and do the rest in my bios? The board comes with a program called fuzzy logicIII,with this software it will run stable at 989mhz(L1's not closed yet) but it seems it should do better than that.

also do I have this right 100x9=900mhz and 100x11=1100mhz,and with this setting do I still need to change the frontside bus?

My cpu is running at 98 after gaming, what temp is ok.

thanks in advance for helping me out

98f is ok 98c° is NOT :)
If your fuzzy prog can get your cpu this high your cpu must be unlocked ( I guess, unless your board can do 124mhz fsb speed), few early chips are unlocked.. however you will soon find out with manual settings..

Generally the highest fsb speed is good for performance, but you dont need to run higher than 100mhz, try to find good combination of multiplier/fsb to run.

Yes you got the formula right too, 9x100=900 etc..
Good luck
