What is a good CPU Cooler for a 3000 XP cpu, all I've seen are ones meant for 2800+. Thanks

there is tons. a volcano 9 is even meant for up to 3200 i think.

I found the Volcano 11, thats for 3.4 ghz. There is alos a really good one. http://www.thermaltake.com/products/subzero/subzero4g.htm#k7 I wonder if those temps are in C or F

°C i hope, 30 degrees °F is a little on the cold side for air cooling
even for unchilled watercooling

actually i beleive its in F. It is using a peltier after all.
EDIT: one thing i wondered when i saw that is how would it cope with the overclocking of the PCI bus? if that PCI control unit became unstable it could probably end up frying your CPU.
