ok i type stat fps in the game i average around 50-70 fps and the problem is when i bench it say my avearge should be around 150-170 and i run mine at 1024x68. i have a radeon 9700pro is there any gaming drivers for this and there way i can adjust to make it show my max fps, much help needed
Depends on the map, whether you're playing against other players online, how many players in the scene, etc... not all scenes/maps bench the same.
Yes, the newer drivers tend to run the game betetr than the first 9700 drivers. Also, having any bells/whistles (anistrophic filtering, AA, etc) could slow things down.

Not necessarily, I get as low as 40 in some scenes in some maps if there's a lot of activity, and I have a pretty fast system and the same card as you, and it benches fine (4600 in futuremark).

Are you playing with bots or online? When there's a lot of other people, your video card isn't the bottleneck. What're your system specs?

No, you'll be able to turn AA on and see little hit in overall framerates, but your system is the limit (specifically, bus speed).

Yes, like myself (see specs in signature), you could just overclock/raise the memory clock to 166mhz and keep the default clock the same by lowering the multiplier (9x). If you have a palomino core you'll need to unlock the processor, though, in order to accomplish that. If you have a tbred 1700 the multipliers are already unlocked.

That's fine, the cpu will not be running any 'harder' or faster, so whatever you're running it at now will still be adequate.

so what i should do you say is lower the multiplier and upp the fsb ?

exactly
if you got a mult of like 10 and a fsb of 150 thats like 1500, but he's saying
like upp the fsb for more memory bandwidth and stuff
so like 200fsb x 7.5 mults = 1500
