I have problem with freezes too:(

I also got a VERY bad powersupply(200w) so can that be the problem?? it locks up before the temp reaches 40c so the temperature shouldnt be any problem. Most of the times its freezing when im playing a game.

Definitely the psu - 200W is way too low. You could probably get by with a 250W, but to be on the safe side you need 300W. I built a tbird system with a 250W (it came with the case so I thought I might as well try it) - two cd drives, GeForce DDR, tbird700 - and I got lockups in games just like you. Upgrading to 300W put an end to those problems - I'm sure it'll solve yours too ;D
