View Full Version : New Case Mod Near Completion

Hey guys I decided I would take an old HP case paint it, mod it, and apply it. I almost have it finished, I just need to get a cold water system set up above the fans, so I can get some nice ambient temps. If you will notice I took a 92mm fan and screwed it into the tabs of the stock Intel heatsink (it was a perfect fit with 2 holes on the 2 tension tabs). Not only that but the blade orientation is recipricoled, so the Intel fan grabs the air at a sharp angle.:D Have a look and please comment.

Whoa.. that's lookin' crazy cool. I wanna' see pictures when it's done.

Am I seeing things, or is that PSU topsy-turvey?

Are thoes Exhaust fans on the bottom? I wanna' see it hover. :)

yeah, I was gonna ask who that girl was too she has a great smile;) , GF? Nice setup I like the fans blowing up through the bottom, if I were you I would get a sparkle power supply to put in it, looks like you might have quite a bit more room if you did.

I got it at FrozenCPU.com It lookes a whole lot better with an LED fan.

That there is an Epox 4SDA+, so my answer is yes!. That is why the power supply is on edge, to give the CPU clearance, nad why the memory is hidden by the drive bays. Its pretty well put together.

yea well what can you do ;) Its very small by the way only about as big as an ATX board, plus about 3 or 4 inches right, then your at the fron of the case. If you look on the bottom theres even a nifty makeshift handle the is built into the plastic makeup.
I got another one of them sittin around only its gray (unpainted), and it has all the plastic cosmetics. PM me if u wanna know more and pics and such.
