This is for kat

What do you mean?...Are you saying that because you have the Time and Knowledge to do it yourself?
Sorry but I don't. And I'd Rather get something that I know what Speed it can hit. Rather than Waste what little time I have trying to get a Chip O/Ced to something I'd be happy with. When I have the Time and Money to put into Overclocking and Cooling You can bet you ass that's what I'll do, But right now i have don't have the Time nor Money to put towards Messing around with a CPU that I have no idea what it can reach and if what it can reach will make me happy. So I guess that's a No from you huh? Thank you anyways though.

nope....i pobabley have less time than most people ecept in the winter(the cold is a bitch... i work out side)

as far as getting what you paid for (speed) i think that a tbird 1ghz is about 175.00 perty cheap ;D

what aplication will you put this system in use for?? if its buissnes than i can see why your upset with me but if its just for messing around game`s and what not whitch is what i use my system for then ......;D

I'm sorry I didn't mean to come across as being Mad...It's hard to tell in forums and over the PC I know. It's just that I saw a Combo at Overclockers Store that was a Tbird Tested and Stable at 1350-1450 with a K7TA Raid board, 128 OCZ PC150 RAM, and a Monster2 HSF for $550....I just thought that looked like a Good Deal. I'm afraid to go Water cooling Becuase I have 2 Little boys that Mess with the PC. Plus I want to wait till I have More Money. And these Combo's come with Warranties......So do they look like good deals?
ocz.safeshopper.com pretty sure that's the link. What do you guys think?

I just ordered from the overclockers store. I placed my order on Mon. and got my order of Wed. of the following week. I don't consider that to be good, but then I found out that they sent my mobo and chip two days before I got it. Also my chip doesn't go as fast as it should but I paid $50 for a Duron 750!
I would say they are pretty good. Bad for prices, bad for handling (as in it took an week to get my order out the door), but good for shipping (They sent it airborne express, and I got it two days after it was sent).

Another online overclockers store to stay away from is Step-Thermodynamics. I placed an order with them right after christmas mobo, chip, RAM, their "special" cooling system. The whole deal. Never heard one word from them. Sent email after email, phoned over and over again, no response. After a month I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I get a letter from them the next day saying that they are going to wait a few days to send my order they want to upgrade my mobo, because they are so nice! I reply that I cancelled my order. They reply that three weeks to send out an order is normal. STAY AWAY FROM STEP-THERMODYNAMICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the overclockers store is pretty good, and so it the overclockers wharehouse umm... overclockerswharehouse.com I think.

Hope this helps

One thing I have noticed, espically about pretested stuff, is that there is no guarntee that you'll be able to acheive the same results. Just because someone else got the thing to post to 1000Mhz on their setup, that does not mean that you'll be able to run the same thing. It also may not be stable in windows at all. Generally, pretesting is not worth the trouble.

hey I have been telling everyone this I should get a finders fee, lol
www.coolerchips.com (http://coolerchips.safeshopper.com) sells OCZ HSF's Cheaper than OCZ. I dont know how they managed that?
