Is the Spitfire your motherboard...?
If it is, I've never heard of the brand--it may not have any overclocking features

Is this a preassembled system from a major manufacturer, or something you picked up at a computer fair? I have never heard of the motherboard either, and that is probably your problem.

It is a Micron Millenia. I think this is Micron'n generic board

Then you may not have the option to mess with FSB and multiplier in BIOS at all. I have seen several different versions of the same woefully inadequate HP BIOS. That stuff gives you hardly anything that is worth looking at. If you're lucky, you might be able to fiddle with some jumpers, but I wouldn't count on it.

How would I know if I can fiddle with some jumpers or not???

If you have a manual of the motherboard specs, that might give you an indication. You can also search the tech support section from Micron to see if there are any known issues on jumpers. Sometimes this stuff is available, but is very hard to find.
