Even at the default 200 FSB (which most TH7-II would only do 150 to 160 FSB anyway... but let's assume it was possible) and using the 3X RDRAM multiplier (300 mem setting), then you'd need PC1200 RAM. I'd pretty much forget this idea, even if you had RDRAM that would run at this speed, reaching 200 FSB ain't going to happen with the TH7-II.
