Tell me. And I have a MSI KT7 Pro2A. Which is the best CPU to OC with that mobo? And about fan, can you recommend me some. I have a case with 5 80mm extra fan. And which is the best temp to run (mobo temp and CPU temp) ???

The lower the factory speed (ie. Duron 650) the higher percentage overclock you are likely to get. If you want to ensure that you hit 1GHz, get a Duron 800 or 850 or maybe a T-Bird 900.

Your CPU temp's should be no higher than the mid 40'sC under load.

If this is your first time u are overclocking, I think u should go for a Duron, cuz they are easy to overclock, and if u fry it u haven't lost so many money! But if u have tried it before and u got the buck's, then go for the T-bird, it has the gives the best performance.
