This is runnning stock cooling, I want to go higher but I think I should up my cooloing fisrt

Yes it is not a bad idea, your temps are going high after few hours of gaming if your idle temp is 105f. And you can oc more with good cooling too. :)

those are good temp`s i would not be afraid to go higher keep it under 50C and you should be fine ;D

I now have it running @857.5 the temp is still the same
but if I try to set the multiplier at 9 it wont post at all...any sugestions

Try raising the voltage more - you can easily go to the max of 1.85V with those temps - 105f is about 41C, right? As long as your load temps are a bit below 50, you should be fine. If your load temps are between 50 and 60 you could raise the voltage 0.05 or 0.1, but I'd try and get better cooling, before raising it much more than that.
