best way to burn-in your memory?

i know memtest does a good job, but i forgot which test it was that actually does the best job at conditioning the memory.

reason being, got 2 sticks of corsair xms 3200 on my is7, which doesn't want to do anything above 200mhz

Just run it at relaxed timings for a while with average voltage, and slowly raise it up over time. Truth be told, Burn in doesn;t make much of a difference.
