Peltier Is....Or however you spell it. What does it do exactly?....and do you need one? Will someone please explain the Purpose of a Peltier for me? Thank you

It's also called TEC, which stands for Thermal Electric Cooling, and is used for supercooling. It's a slab like device which actively pumps heat from one side (cold side) to the other (hot side). You can use it to cool your CPU below ambient temp, to increase your odds on overclocking. In practice, it's only used be die-hards, because it demands some extra skills in engineering it into your computer. You have to watch for condensation on your processor, which could make shortcircuit and burn you CPU. You can read some articles on the homepage about it, mainly found in cooling.
