i'm sure as all of you know newegg has the 1700s on sale for $44:http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?description=19-103-351

i also noticed in their pic of the CPU, the stepping says AXDA1700DLT3C:

now does newegg guarantee their pictures... could I RMA the processor because i didn't get the stepping that was shown?

Newegg does not guarantee their picture. They do however only guarantee that you will receive a thoroughbred. I purchased 3 of these chips two weeks ago and all of them were DU3TCs JIUHBs.
Hope this helps.

When I took advantage of this deal I got a DUT3C like efini, and I doubt that newegg will guarantee their pictures

DLT3C can be A or B, and as was mentioned before, the one in the picture is an A, and won't overclock as well as a B. You were looking at the model number, not the stepping. The one in the pic looks like an AIRGA.
