How is Epox with RMA's?

I think I'm going to need to send back my 8RDA+. Just wondering do they even handle RMA's directly?

Depending on how long you've had your board you'll probably be RMAing with the vendor, not the manufacturer.

If you've had your board for too long and the vendor won't RMA it, you have to go with Epox. But remember that if it's been modded in any way that your warranty is void.

Yea, newegg decided to take it back. I just got all the thermal epoxy off the mosfets.........
