What is the difference between High-Grade Neoprene Rubber and Commercial-Grade Neoprene Rubber?

Is Commercial-Grade Neoprene Rubber acceptable for insulating a chilled systems? It is like 1/3 the cost of High-grade!

Also, what ShoreA value am I looking at? I would presume, the softer the better, ie 30A.

Big diff in price. What is the difference other than Tensile Strenght? Would the Commercial-Grade Neoprene Rubber be OK to insulate with?
 
Well as you see the 8456K155 holds up to 1200psi, and to -40C. if your just useing a pelt, then then 8456K115 will do you ok i believe.
