automotive antifreeze

Has anyone heard of using automotive antifreeze in a waterblock cooling system? Curious to know if the heat transfer properties of AF are better than water

Alot of people like to add Water Wetter to their cooling cocktails, they find that it helps heat transfer in some cases. I definately use it in my car's cooling cocktail. I'm not sure exactly what mixture ratio to use, I'm sure someone will. Try checking in the cooling forum.
