Ok, with everyones help I am getting closer and closer to what I want to accomplish. Here is what I figured out so far:
KT7a-RAID
1Ghz-1.2Ghz Tbird not sure which spees to start off with.
3x 128meg Kingsmax PC150 ram, unless someone has other suggestions.
2x IBM 75GXP 15gig harddrives
TDK 16x CD-RW
Supermicro 760A case with 400watt PS
Creative Labs Geforce 2 ultra
Sound blaster Platinum 5.1

For cooling, I'm going to use a 155watt peltier from danger den, and their waterblock. I'm also going to use either one of their radiators or the cooling cube they have, I'm not sure yet.
Another question I have for people is what else would i need for my system?? And any other suggestions. Also, I'm going to need another power supply for the peltier and extra fans I would imagine. So where do i get one?? Should I just get a case with two powersupplies in it like the dual powersupply from pcpowercooling.com?? Anyway, this is all coming together and I'm very happy for everyone's help. Thank you.

are you sure you wanna start off with a pelt?! it's not easy to do, i warn you. have a look at the main page. there's an article there on pelt-cooling a tbird, and you'll see what's entailed. details about the power supply too.

Yeah, I looked at the page and read everything about it, but it is still confusing on what powersupply to use. I suppose I could just email the distributors and ask them if their powersupply will work with the pelt that I want to use. And I figure why not start off with a pelt and waterblock system. Won't that give me the greatest cooling effect. I would rather not use a fan and heatsink, that just seems dull and boring, but who knows. I have read tons of sites on it and I figure I will seal the mobo completely and the socket...which baffles me on sealing your mobo, doesn't seem safe, but many people I have talked to say its ok. So I guess my setup seems fine so far since the only reply I got was "are you sure you want to use a pelt?" ....and I suppose the answer to that is yes, so I guess I'm almost half way there. Thanx guys.

the setup looks magic. what about good speakers? they really do make a difference to gaming, and general mp3 listenening, etc.

with the cooling, i would get a second psu to run such a high pelt. my pelt runs off an entirely dedicated psu. as for the sealing, search around at !swiftech's (http://www.swiftnets.com/) site.. they have a great little piece on sealing the socket to protect it from moisture. i live in a humid climate, so i had to seal EVERYTHING, including the entire waterblock

Mmmm... nice system :-)
I admire your determination to go with peltier cooling - it's something I'd love to try, but I probably won't be able to until the summer holidays. If you can afford it (and I'd guess money isn't a problem judging by the setup) get the 1.2 gig tbird - they seem to get to about 1400 with good cooling and a good mobo like yours, and it may even go higher. When it's all together you'll have to post some benchmarks, I'm sure it'll beat anything!
