Not a bad day. My box has been stable at 1291 mHz and running Prime all day. The two stage voltage mod on the KT7-R was necessary to get the 2.16 volts that made this possible. At present, I can’t seem to get the system stable at over 2.2 volts. To bad as I would love to hit 1.3 gig. Maybe I can tweek the voltage mod pots a bit more.

Interestingly, this seems to have taken care of the problem I have had with lock ups and a Matrox 450 dual head video card. Go figure!

A big thanks to Millisec for the fans, Danger Den for the copper cooling goodies, Nevin at Artic Silver and of course GOD for making this possible. I think I’m, going to open a beer.

I just noticed the thread title. Wow, if it were only true. I meant 1291 mHz.

12 X 107. It posts as 1296 but WCPUID shows 1291.31 and my trusty HP calculator says 12 X 107 = 1284, or is that 12 enter, 107 X, 1284?. I figure there must be something past the decimal point going on in the clock and multiplier to come up with 1296 or 1291. I'd sure like to know the answer. Since WCPUID seems to be the standard, that's what I based my post on.

1243 with a stock KT7-R. With the two stage mod 3DMark runs at 1320 mHz but Prime fails.
