right now i'm running with 2 sticks of pc100 ,fsb105@1050,seems i can't get any more 107@1078 posts,but will not go into windows,ive tried upping voltage as high as 1.80 and no go , i was considering getting pc133-256,7.5 ns infinine ram ,will i gain anything ???

I'm not sure it's your memory limiting the fsb speed - I'd be surprised if your PC100 could only do 105MHz. Try raising the I/O voltage from 3.3 to about 3.4-3.5 if you can, that should help with stability when ocing by the fsb. Of course, there's no reason why you shouldn't upgrade your RAM - going from PC100 to PC133 CAS2 will do your benchmarks the world of good, and if you ever upgrade to a combo that'll take a higher fsb (like socket a and KT133a) it'll help then.

right now my i/o is set at 3.40, this is what is was when i bought mb,however i do have another choice of i/o 3.56.what will this do exactly

The I/O voltage goes to your pci cards and your memory (probably other things as well). Just as higher cpu voltage can help with stability when running the cpu out of spec, so higher I/O voltage can help when running your PCI components and memory out of spec. 3.56V should be safe, judging by the fact that on my A7V the default voltage is 3.56, and I've been running at that for six months now with no complaints from my PCI cards or memory :-D
