AMD Overclock Slot A

I have been reading beginners and overclock forums for about 20 days and have yet to see anything using the chaintech CT-7ATA motherboard. and AMD slot A. I have an 800 Slot A and A T bird 900 slot A. I would like to find out if any one has tried the combo. I also have an Asus k7m motherboard OEM for Hewlitt Packard. Out side of selling the four for a different set up, Can someone help. I'd rather play on used stuff then buy new, and destroy it.

i have a slot a 900 running at 1.1 Ghz... do you realize that you will have to solder the chip of buy a golden finger??? something to think about... if you have questions email me.

Do this get a gold finger device and down load the myathalon software.

The gold finger unlocks processor and the down load lets you adjust the L2 cache.

That 850 will see 1 gig easy if you follow the tweak's
listed aound here
