I have an abit nf7-s board with a barton 2500 chip, after I overclock so far I can't go over 190mhz. I have mushkin pc3200 promo ram 2x256 sticks. They are on the black boards so I don't know how great it is. It registers 6-2-2-2 in the memory by speed. I get a memory error I try to get the ram over 190-200 . Is there a way to test the ram ie some program without taking it out and trying one stick at a time. Any help would be great. I can get the computer to load at 200 x 11 with the fsb on a 4:3 ratio at the ram. that means the fsb is turned down to about 160 for the ram, but it still isn't completely stable.
Thanks alot any help would be greatly appreciated.

Memtest86 (http://www.memtest86.com/memt30.zip)
Plus have you tried changing the memory timings and voltage when going past 190?

I have raised the voltage to 2.7 but no help, I will try that test, and I am going to read the sticky at the top about the memory settings to see if I can figure it out.
Thanks I will try the link when I get the machine.
Try upping the chipset voltage also. I found that this helped me get to 210Mhz before i switched back to 200/mhz. ;)

How do you know if your memory is good or bad with mem test. I let it run all night and it said 2% completeted, but it said that it passed 53 so does that mean that it ran 53 times without fail and also does it stress each chip individually to see if they are equal.
