600 MHZ Athlon classic slot a- will not post at anything higher than 109 fsb

I have an athlon 600 slot a classic, I can get it up to 654 MHZ but it won't post ay anything higher. I tried the higher vcores and my temp is only 22'C idle/30'C under load. I have 384 megs of pc-133 cas-2 ram, the mobo is a Soyo k7-via. It runs rock solid at 654, and I don't think heat is a big prob, what am I doing wrong. Please help.

Have you put the goldfinger device on the processor ?? by pushing the fsb you will become unstable spend 45 dollars and install the gold finger you will see 750 to 800 easy
