for attaching memory heatsinks to my vid card?

I got some arctic silver but its not the adhesive.

so how do i attach it to the chips without damaging them? ^_^

You can get arctic silver thermal epoxy - basically epoxy glue which conducts heat very well. I have heard of people just applying thermal paste in the center, and a drop of superglue at each corner - either way is permanent, but they won't come off at least!
