PCI Latency

It has been mentioned in other threads to change the PCI lantecy to affect HD performance. How would I go about changing this?

any latency settings are usually found within the BIOS

I have a KT400 board (see sig), I have looked around and didn't see anything. Would it be in any particular place or is it possible that I am unable to edit it?

it normally comes under titles like "PCI Master Read 0" "PCI Master Write 0" and so on and so forth...have you looked on rojaks bios optimisation guide?
