i just payed 49 bucks for my 256 mb module. its pc 133 also. i traded them my old pc 133 128 mb of ram, and a old 64 pc 100 memory. and they took 40 bucks off the price. im running it now and its doing fine. i bought this at a computer fair by where i lived 2 day.

I'd personally buy a registered stick from Crucial.com . For a 256Meg stick of CL2 Pc133 part number CT32M64S4D7E it is only $112.19 if you use the web promo. Free shipping in the US. Lifetime warranty, and the stuff clocks well. 6 layer PCB..just good stuff.

Here's the url to the promo page: http://www.crucial.com/webpromo/
