Ic7 Wont Load Bios...help!!

I just got my IC7 today and everything seems to be up and running and it will not load XP it keeps saying error loading operating system. This is after a fresh install and format aswell.

I just finished loading my IC7G. Nothing worked when installing XP until I flashed the BIOS with version 1.3. Then windows installed easily.

Increase Vdimm voltage to at least 2.7v
