O.k I need some sympathey here Mang, Duron
Like I'm saing Multiplyer=10 fsb=105 voltage=1.75

Should I just go check if I nuked my Motherboard or Cpu Tomarrow.
When I turn on the sys the fans blip about 2 cm then Nothing- I don't boot. I can't underclock without Bios.... I have a kt7-raid How do I reset it manually to default 800?????

Give this a shot....

when trying to boot up press the INSERT key. On the abit this should load the default settings and allow you to get back into Bios and underclock to stable.
