2.53 sl6s2 on ic7

Well I no have it up and running temp untill I install my second heatercore. The thing breezed right to 3.4ghz@1.57volts

My thoughts are that this mobo blows chunks! My 12+rail is 11.6....11.6!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have an antec 480w true too. Surely you would think such a highly marked company could get their ass in gear and get some better voltage regulators!!

Did you check the voltage on the end of one of the 4 pin molex? My true power 430w is about right on. Do not always trust what it says in MBM or bios. Check manually.

My voltage is dead on too. Actually the Abit regulator is one of the better mobo ones available. But, there are always exceptions and I have heard of a couple peeps with bad power on the IC7. Yours must not be too bad if you can get 3.4 gig from a 2.53 CPU.
