Need help to overclock VP6 Duel P3 800's

I need some sugestions on how to properly overclock my new Abit VP6 Motherboard. I have two Pentium 3, 800 MGZ processors.

i think youve posted in the wrong place....try intel cpu's or intel mobo's and i bet Tim- knows hes got a Vp6 if im not mistaken with sevral dual 700's i think. n/m looks like tim- alrady did his job :)
