Well, with my A7V Kt 133 I am finally able to make some progress overclocking this 1 ghz T-Bird
So far I have it to 1253 mhz
109 FSB X 11.5.
I was finally able to change the multiplyer, now that the switches make sense...(thanks Rob Cork) :)
However, I must not have all the bridges connected well. I cant get 9, 9.5, 12 , and 12.5 multiplyers. I cant get 8.5 either.
The lower multiplyers wont even boot
12 multuplyer boots up with 1090 mhz with a 100 FSB??? I dont get it
12.5 boots up with 1066 mhz with 100 FSB??
The only multiplyers that seem to work well are 11 and 11.5.
So I ahve come to the conclusion that I need to spend some more time on L1 bridges, get a magnifying glass, or whatever, possibly a conductive pen, and try again to be more accurate at connecting them. I am sure that some are touching, or not connected properlly.

does this plan sound reasonable? Are the bridges possibly not connected all the way??

I am still very happy that I am getting 1253 out of it, and it is running rock solid with 3D Mark, Only using 1.75 volts
New 3DMark 2000 score: 8453 with video card at 240 core speed, and 410 memory speed. 8670 with Video card at 250 core speed, 420 memory speed

I would appreciate any input!!

That sounds like your bridges aren't connected well enough. I had the same problem with my Duron, except that If I set the mobo for anything between 9x and 11x, it would boot 200Mhz lower than it should have. I reconnected the bridges and went with it.
