this computer is acting wierd...

im over at my friends on his other computer right now and his backup computer, a p3 450 with some gigabyte motherboard, is acting realllly wierd. when u turn it on it counts memory like super slow.. like 100kb per second.. takes a LONG time to read to 192 megs... and then i can press escape it skips that but its like frozen.. takes 5 minutes for it to progress to bios if i press delete and the monitor buttons dont work if i press em.. like its hardlocked.. but its not.. anyone know wth is goin on?

Did you check to see if Quick Post or fast post is enabled, it should be. If its not the system does a rather long memory test.

well if i do escape it skips the memory test but its still frozenissh
