0319 XP 1700s in SMP

Has anyone gotten their week 0319 XP1700s working in SMP? The chips have a new packaging so the L5 is way smaller than on a normal XP. I tried a few times with conductive grease but had no luck. I'll have a lot more time to fuss around tomorrow but I wanted to see if anyone had success. What pins control the L5 multiplier? Couldn’t you simply pin mod the chips instead of using the L5 for your connection?

You may have to scratch off a little protective coating before you can join the bridges.

I usually use a small piece of sandpaper for this.

1 pice of grit on 2000 grit sandpaper is the size of 1 L5 contact point :p I always use a pin to scrape the connections and it works 100% of the time for me with normal XPs.
