Help urgent!

I just received my Tbird 1.2Ghz however there is one pin that is bent - is this a flaw or do I have to straighten up this pin? Recommendations on how?

Get a needle-nose pliers and straighten it out. Or a small knife blade might be enough to prop it up. It will be fine as long as it's still attached right to the CPU.

ty, its straight now - the reason I asked was because every other pin was straight except this one, it looked like it was mfgd that way!
