120mm/25.4mm = 4.72 inches
So, a 4.5 would work, a 4.75 might work also. Try on a piece of scrap just to make sure.

is 4 1/4 too small? any other sizes besides 1/2 and 3/4?

4-1/4” = 108mm
4-1/2” = 114mm
4-3/4” = 121mm
4-3/4 is better...wont block any of the airflow...
Go to a plumbing supply store, I got a 117mm saw.
how much did it cost there? does any1 knwo where i can get them cheap like under 20 dollars. directron sells them for 30. i can get a cheap dremel at that price. at ebay its around 20.

to heck with that, just mark a hole by outlining a CD (perfect size) and using a jigsaw, or dremel, and a steady patient hand. ;)

That hint to use the cd works wonders.
Thanks
