Muskin Basic PC2700 overclocking questions

I thinking about getting a set of Thermaltake Active Memory Cooler

for my muskin memory for my sig, what kind of overclocking can I expect and performance??

Honestly i've never been a big believer of ram cooling, my system has never become more/less stable due to heat. i've tried maxing out my sytem with no cooling on the ram and the sticks barely got warm. Now i have fans (see avatar) and those blow on the ram, but it really doesnt change anything. Some people would tell you otherwise. IMHO ram cooling isnt necessary, and untill i run into an o/ced machine that actually needs it i'll keep sayin its not needed. My humble 2 cents...:D
