Which T-Bird will take me highest?

I am considering a new T-Bird system using the Iwill KK266 board and a Socket A T-Bird. There is a lot of information out there that leads me to believe that the higher rated CPUs (1.1 and 1.2 GHz) do actually also overclock higher. I would like to reach between 1.3 and 1.5 GHz.

So, is there a SIGNIFICANTLY better chance of reachibg these numbers with a 1.1 or 1.2 vs. using say a 1.0 or 900MHz chip?

1200 would be your best bet if money isn't tight.

You obviously reached 1.4 with a 1GHz chip. May I ask why you don't you recommend taking a 1 GHz chip?
