What´s the key to reach 1,4Ghz+?

How do u guys reach 1,4 ghz?
I can only go up to 1,3

What is holding me back?
My temp full load 65 c?
My 3d card savage 4 ? i get geforce 2 mx soon
My hardrive 5200rpm?
My Motherboard Soltek via kt 133

Your CPU is running very HOT!!! I would be freaked out if my CPU's temp was that high. Get a better HSF for cooling. If you want to go beyond 1.4 go for water cooling. That's what I'm doing with mine. And try to raise your voltage a little. 1.65 seems to be a bit low. I tried that lowering the voltage trick on my 1.2 T-Bird, but gave me numerous crashes and the system was not really stable. I raised the voltage back to 1.75V and it's running rock stable at 1333MHz. (10x 133FSB) I am planning to go beyond 1.4 very soon with my water cooler.
