check www.allelectronics.com
I dont know if they still have them, but a year or so ago i got a couple 120mm panaflows for 6.50 with finger guards. They have lots of other fans for pretty cheap too.
Warning: the 120mm panaflows (atleast the ones i got) arnt exactly quiet on 12v, but on 7 they push good air, and are almost silent.

If anyones got a place, I myself am looking for some good near-silent 80mm---2 for case, 1 for PSU, and 1 for CPU...
TheFrag, this is what you need: http://www.bestbyte.net/Product.cfm?ProductID=922&CategoryID=8&Keyword=

Here's (http://www.openlinx.com/english/product/product_description.asp?product_id=1203) a 120mm fan you can get cheap in bulk. I've not used it so I don't now how well it works.
I have a 120mm Panaflo and 2 of the 120mm aluminum fans. I like the aluminum ones better; they push more air and are quieter. I have one of my aluminum ones 7-volted and it is practically silent. I got them on sale somewhere a while back for about $8 each.

You get what you pay for...I have found the 38CFM 32dB-A 80m/m Panflo's for 2.98 or if you buy 12 or more they drop to 2.49...I really like Panasonic Panflo's...But cheap is not a word that I would use to describe them...All things considered I do think they are the best "price versus performance" fans you can buy...;)
