Running P4 3.06 @ 150/40 and 1.75 VCore. Its stable, running Sandra Burn In 30x with no hickups. Problem is on board sound, or lack there-of. Any ideas? Also, I can't change multiplier in BIOS. 23 is the only option.

Intel chips are locked. You can't change the multi.

as for your no sound problem, try locking your pci/agp bus if you board supports it. At 33/66.

Or lower your frontside bus.

U're MOBO cannot fix AGP/PCI Clock.
So, except FSB100&133, abnormal FSB can hang up U're system.

Ran system at stock (133/33) still no sound. Voice POST notification works, but when windows loads, there's no sound device recognized. BIOS has sound set to AUTO (disabled only other option). I checked the manual to see if there is a physical jumper that disables/enables sound but to no avail.
